attention: FOUND tall toddler!

does anyone know who this cute toddler is? my little girl amya looks alot like her!!!!!! ok so it is her BUT doesnt she all the sudden look like a big girl?? when i uploaded this i was like whoooo i dont have a BABY any more:(
